Welcome to my photo gallery! I took Nancy Seasholes' course, "Boston's Topographical History", at Harvard University's Extension School in Spring 2004. The course is based on her new book on Boston landmaking, Gaining Ground. The pictures contained on these pages are those taken by me while going on the walking tours Professor Seasholes designed for this course. The walking tours intend to give a "feet-on" experience of Boston's landmaking throughout its history by walking through areas that were previously occupied by tidal mud flats or water. These pictures are grouped by the walking tour areas and have been adjusted to 72dpi. I would be very glad to share a copy of the 600dpi original, however, please note that receiving a full resolution copy from me does not imply or confer permission to alter and/or distribute the picture image in any way.
