"London Letters" to The Dial

In 1921 and 1922 T.S. Eliot was the London correspondent to
The Dial magazine (New York) which
published eight letters by Eliot about the cultural scene in England.

Eliot's book After Strange Gods was published in 1934
[London: Faber and Faber Ltd. (Feb.); New York: Harcourt, Brace and Company (Apr.)]
It is based on the three Page-Barbour lectures that Eliot gave at the
University of Virginia in 1933.
The book was never reprinted. However, the
The Virginia Quarterly Review website was granted
Mrs. Eliot's permission to publish images of draft pages of the
second lecture.

the only published work of fiction by the adult Eliot.
