A course in developing, analyzing, and interpreting measures of educational achievement.
An introduction to the basic concepts and principles of measurement and evaluation with
special emphasis on descriptive statistics, and teacher-made and standardized tests.
Emphasis is placed upon cognitive tests. Non-test techniques for assessing behavior
are also explored.
