Patrick Kinnicutt received his BS in Civil Engineering from MIT in 1989; he also received an MS in Civil Engineering from MIT in 1991, developing multimedia courseware for engineering geology. Patrick was funded as a Teaching Assistant for 1.00, a C programming and engineering problem solving course. Patrick Kinnicutt is currently a doctoral student in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at MIT, specializing in engineering geology and computer aided engineering. His research involves creating a 3-D geostatistical model for modeling the subsurface, and integrating this in a multimedia spatial decision support system for planning geoenvironmental exploration programs.
