The issue of human resources is often treated as if it simply depends upon the fiscal
ability to hire capable people who have appropriate background, knowledge and time to
perform the tasks. But of course, in the real world, the issue of human resources is
a great deal more complex than that.
This project will first outline the human factors that operate in knowledge systems
and then describe how these are reflected at the individual and organizational levels.
This will then be used for interpreting vignettes about how human factors operate in
