thanks for your suggestion. I agree with you. So that is not the question.
The question is:
How did the Mobil management start to "understand" a process oriented way
to go? Because of their slogan ("on the move", i think it is?)? Who
introduced this? Is it something you can learn later in life, or is it
always "with you"?
