The Hyde Park Branch Library
Hours
Monday, 12-8pm
Tuesday & Wednesday, 10am-6pm
Thursday, 12-8pm
Friday & Saturday, 9am-5pm
(closed Saturdays during the summer)
 
First Floor:
Circulation Desk, Periodicals, Main Reading Room, Young Adults Room, General Reference, Adult Non-Fiction Collection, Audio-visual Collection, Study Rooms, Local History Room, Restrooms
 
Second Floor:
Adult Fiction Collection, Higher Education Information Center, Weld Hall
 
Ground Floor:
Children's Room, HAP Room, Courtyard, Menino Hall, Friends of the Hyde Park Branch Room, Restrooms
 
The branch building is accessible for persons with disabilities and an elevator connects all floors.

 Some basic rules and guidelines for submitting your information and photos to the Friends' website:

Information Submissions
All community groups sponsoring an event at the Hyde Park Branch Library are welcome to provide event information for inclusion on this website.  Information must be submitted 3 weeks before the event date, and should include event time and date, a brief description of the event, contact name and telephone number. 
 
Photo Submissions
Photos taken at any events held in the branch library may be submitted for inclusion on the Photo Gallery page.  Please include contact name, email address and/or telephone for verification and photo credit line.  Photo files should be .jpg format, and may be resized and cropped at the discretion of the Webmaster.  Inappropriate images will not be used.  Submission of photo implies consent and permission to display photo image on this website, but does not imply relinquishment of copyright ownership of the photo.
