5.1.2 Creation

After conceptualization, a team was formed to create the courseware. The processes used by the team members during courseware creation were informal. When formal products like assignments, manuals, or written documentation were developed, they evolved from the requirements implicit in events, rather than the need for them during design. The implementation driven nature of the projects caused delivery and evaluation to become intertwined with the creation of courseware so that they became virtually inseparable processes that occurred on a cyclic basis.
