Coincidence or not, I'm just in the process of listen to a tape
series in the car ... Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus which
discusses the major differences the sexes still find today. Although
generalization, it is still more 'normal' for the women to be
emotional and feeling, and the men to be business-like and thinking.
On this list, a number of people are amazed when Ben (one of the well
known males on the list) sends some heartfelt or deeply emotional
posts. If the same posts came from Sherri (one of the well known
females on the list), would people look at it in the same way?
I don't have an answer, I just have the question. Personally I look
at the text, not the author, and definitely not the sex. If I find a
strong response, I post a response.
