Values and Vision Exercises? LO11402

I'm starting a new team on the path of establishing a new quality
management system for our medium-sized manufacturing company. I need
to identify some exercises for identifying/clarifying values and then
establishing shared visions.

I've found the exercises of Charlotte Roberts and Rick Ross under
Shared vision in the "Fieldbook." What other useful exercises are
there out there?
