I was interested in the subject line and discovered myself in a
thought-provoking "discussion"; Having been in the business world for 25
years and now work for a firm who uses an industrial psychologist...my
take on a psychologist is one who looks at the individual (the one) in its
relationship to the organization (the whole).
I would think a natural move would be into organizational development
where the "whole" would be viewed in greater detail...my thoughts!
