Julie, I would be worried about this if clients kept on calling me back
for the same problem. I think that our role as consultant (I don't do a
whole lot of consulting because my main deal is education), is one where
effectiveness and success should be measured by the number of clients that
do not call us back for a problem we have already helped them with...
