Leadership is always a factor of three --the leader, the follower and the
common or shared domain or communication or lowest common denominator
existing between them which defines the real relationship. I find that it
is quite easy to define the leader and follower positions, but much harder
to define the exact roles and relationships --the dynamics--which exist
between them. You might want to reference my comments about leadership in
LO5369
