There is no one single book that covers all relevant dynamics of group
decision processes if you mean informal interaction in a small committee
addressing rather routine issues and problems. If, however, you wish to
use group processes to address the most complex issues affecting your
group and organization, then I strongly recommend the Handbook of
Interactive Management by Dr. John N. Warfield and Roxana Cardenas
available from Iowa State University Press, call them at 1-800-862-6857
This work provides an overview of how to deal with profound thinking in
groups--which can have the best payoffs and build the organization
strategically and otherwise.. Good luck....
