Yes, I agree that there are responsibilities of both leadership and
followership. However, my thought on the 'agreeing to be led' piece is
that when it comes to me --- I check out where you are leading, and if you
have listened carefully to me and you agree to lead and take me where I
told you I want to go, --- then I let you lead!!!
