The Parker Survey usefulness seems limited to looking at own style and
possibility of developing multiple style skills plus seeing a picture of
the team's skills but the Parker doesn't notice the development of a group
as an entity. What I find effective for tracking group development
through stages towards high performance maturity is the GDQ Group
Development Questionnaire of Susan Wheelan and her collaborators.

I find that the GDQ facilitates coaching by identifying the group's issues
as it develops. I'm looking forward to comparing the Hallam Campbell Team
Development Survey with the GDQ...
