Jeff,
You're doing smething right. The kids clearly have grasped some of the
fundamentals that I am still trying to get across to our supervisors.
Let them know it is refreshing to hear how much they realize that you
can only win - not just the football game - but really win when you
learn to work together for a common purpose.
