While Joanne and I have an abundance of
enthusiasm for building airplanes, one thing we
don't have is an abundance of space to build'em
in.
This section describes how we built a simple,
yet rugged, hoist for our wing, so that we'll have
more room to work on the fuselage and tail.
The hoist is made up of:
-
Four TigerPost Lalle columns (Home Depot)
-
Four close line cleats (Home Depot)
-
Four 3/8 inch pulleys (ACE Hardware)
-
About fourty feet of 3/8 inch poly-rope (Home
Depot)
-
Some miscellaneous pieces of 2X4 and some
muffler clamps I had hanging around.
