I liked your message.

I think that the most important thing for your CEO's to initiate is more
of what they are doing. It can be done in company or between companies as
they are. Action Learning is a powerful way of getting learning going as
it shows that it is not 'just course' based.

LO's create a culture where learning is wanted and given between people.
If your CEO's are finding their experience valuable get them to do more to
initiate it more widely within their organisations. If they need help, as
they may well (especially in smaller orgs) this is probably an opportunity
for you.

I am just initiating an action leanting project for a client and any info
that comes from our setting up stage I will pass on.
