Hello. I am interested in the relationship between the learning
organization and Skills-Based Management. Skills-Based Management is a new
leadership strategy dealing with the identification and treatment of skill
gaps. It enables an employee to "pull" training from the organization
rather than having it "pushed" on him/her from above. It makes employees
accountable for their own employability.

Reskilling is crucial in today's tight labor market and I am interested in
the various ways companies are dealing with it. More information about
Skills-Based Management, including a free white paper and extensive
bibliography, may be found at http://www.skillview.com.
