I don't have my copy of "The Fifth Discpline" By Senge but I believe there
is a defintion early on. Also Chris Argyris wrote in "On Organizational
Learning" in the introduction (page 1) "...the better organizationals are
at learning the more likely it is they will be able to detect and correct
errors, and to see when they are unable to detect and correct errors."

This isn't a classic text book definition but I think it is insightful.
Any one else?
