It would be no surprise to this readership that corporate Intranets, as
with any other communication tool, reflect the corporate culture. An
Intranet is the most successful, inexpensive implementation of the
client-server concept to date yet too many replicate the one-directional
nature of newsletters and other corporate broadsheets. In all too many
instances, the Intranets on offer use technology to produce an exquisitely
paved cowpath.

We have been deeply involved on the process side of some large (Fortune
100) Intranets and might be able to offer something useful. Please feel
