Hi, my name is Lorraine, and I am currently feeling completely overwhelmed
at the wealth of interest, knowledge, and information on Learning
Organisations at this site. I have only just joined the Internet - it was
a purchase aimed at helping me to extend my knowledge-base on Management
Learning, creating learning communities etc. I am half way through an MA
in Management Learning at the University of the West of England, and about
to start an organisational project entitled "Individual and Organisational
Change". There is insufficient space here to even begin to communicate all
my experiences in the last year with my 'learning community' in Bristol.
It has been fun, painful, exciting, distressing..... (you name it, I feel
like I've experienced it!).

The problem I have now is where do I start with my project? Do I have time
to work through all the pages on the Net??? I feel excited, but
overwhelmed - is this normal/okay??

I hope to contribute to your learning in some way, and will respond as and
when I can.

THANKS, Lorraine

[Host's Note: Welcome Lorraine! Yes, your feelings are normal/okay. And,
NO, no one should try to read everything here. Being selective is the key
to staying happy and healthy on the net. ...Rick]
