Hi,

May I suggest a few ideas for a creativity course using your outline.

>- -Re-engineering ( focus on some school-related process or improving some
>common kitchen gadget)

I might suggest the process of transferring credits from school to school?
I don't know about Canada, but here in the US we have a real problem with
this process.

>- -Resolving conflicts and disputes using lateral thinking.

You may think about using lateral thinking to design a new product or
service. For conflict resolution I may wish to use the ladder of
inference and self mastery.

>- -Spotting and creating business opportunities.

This is a place for a story that has two groups advocating their solution.
Use advocacy and inquirey to create a generative conversation.

>- -Exploring Organizational barriers to Creativity/Innovation

Why not go positive on this thought? What are the conditions of an
organization that foster creativity? If this was completed early in the
course you may use it as a start for re-engineering. What must be done to
make (name your process) a creative process?
