Depression: an obstacle to learning LO11031

Reply to LO11014-should I say it has to do with depression?

Actually, fellows, it has to do with this Western thing about leaving
anything but the materialistic, rational behind. I have found in my
search for myself, by allowing my feelings/intuitions into my world and
leaving the "shoulds" and "shouldn'ts" behind, my response to life is so
much more powerful. That is how I had the courage to join this group. And
what did I find? Some really like-minded individuals.

I know that when we as a species accept our "right brain" creativity,
intuition and feelings as just as important as our "left brain"
analytical, rational mind, the balance that whoever created us will be
returned and...we will finally be able to make decisions with full
knowingness. What the heck do we think we have two lobes for anyway?
Just like all polarities in this life, we need to find the balance by
accepting both. My rational mind is the partner of my creative, intuitive
mind. When they marry, I have all I need to find the best answers for
myself and everyone I communicate with.

Should we rename this thread, "allowing for freedom of expression?"

Thank you, Sherri.
