The easy answer is: Tell them. Dialogue is, for most people, an
uncomfortably new but very refreshing and desirable experience. Those who
have taken the responsibility for introducing others to dialogue also have
a responsbility to explain what they might experience. One of these is
the unbearable lightness of silence...
