LO Success Stories in Smaller Orgs LO9945

I have recently presented information on Learning Organizations to our
Executives including some of Peter Senge's articles and Michael O'Briens
"Learning Organization Practices Profile" and supporting literature. They
are having no trouble "buying in" to the concepts but since the literature
tends to always talk about the work with large Fortune 100 companies, they
would be interested in knowing more about some of the work with smaller
companies.

I would love to hear of any literatre that discusses work with smaller
companies or success stories that you could share.
