Q1: Is there an existing survey or checklist that can be used to ask an
organization if they are a learning organization? (e.g., Do you have a vision,
do your teams engage in dialogue)

Q2: Does anyone have a list of learning organizations?

My intent is to survey organizations to determine if they are in fact
learning organizations and to see if they are using IT any differently than
traditional organizations. Thank you!
