"jpomo@gate.net" <jpomo@gate.net> reinforces the need for shared
values with her experience in consulting:

>... I
>would contend that meeting high standards for all is possible with
>lots of effort and patience, but that may be irrelevant because there
>may not be an alternative for trust, teamwork and collaboration?
>
>Any alternatives, comments or questions out there??

Joan, how have these values survived changes at the top during the twenty
years of your experience? Were the successors brought in or from within?
Was the succession planning part of the executive practice? Were adherence
to these values a part of the qualification criteria for successors?
Thanks...Keith
