I'm also fascinated by the prospect, and relate to this visceral v.
cerebral issue. And have caused various problems all my life for being
'strongly principled'. So I can't resist, here goes with one to start:
- treat others as they would have you treat them (i learnt this the hard
way, previously following 'treat others as you would have them treat you'
principle);
this implies respect, consideration, selflessness....
all things i believe necessary to Listen to people, and speaks to a
fundamental in a Learning Organization.
as i'm new to this list (thanks to Keith, here i am) i leave it to you
keith to start up the potential new thread, and to distinguish values and
principles!
cheers,
anne
