I would suggest that you give your boss a copy of Denis Waitley's Empires
of the Mind to read over and tell him to pay particular attention to pages
130-133 and the remarks by Edward James Olmos. I would also suggest that
he consider who he is talking to, i.e., the parents and faculty or the
graduating students. He will need to make up his mind before he prepares
because he will have to decide what language to use and do his homework if
the answer is graduating students.
