Yes! If they change! We know that things are changing and doing
so very fast. The theories and notions we hold as major assumptions
today, may not be valid tomorrow. Managers face they same dynamics that
other prefessionals face. Engineers, medical doctors, and others become
obsolete if they do not keep up with the developments in their fields.
Managers can also become obsolete if they do not retool themselves...
