Rol. Your knowledge of British history would shame many a Brit. I would
just add, to internationalise it a bit, Moses, George Washington, Mao Tse
Tung, Ho Chi Min or Nelson Mandela as e.g. s of leaders who succeeded by
enrolling rather than herding. We could think of more but it might be a
diversion.
