I teach organisational learning and systems thinking at Massey University
in New Zealand. There is a strong and positive response to organisational
learning concepts and practices in New Zealand - Massey's course is
consistently over-subscribed, and participant reaction to the area is
fantastic.

My particular interests are in a number of areas:
1. How to introduce learners to concepts and techniques in instructionally
powerful ways. A current interest is in using stories incorporating systems
archetypes and principles as a means of introducing ST to children.
2. How to help individuals and teams maintain momentum in the area when they
return to their work environments after courses. Typically our courses are
for collections of individuals; occasionally for natural work teams.
3. How culture and values impact on team learning.

I'm looking forward to having a part in the dialogue you have going.
