I am a participant of a graduate class on Organizational Change and
Development. My academic background is in speech communication, rhetoic
and psychology.

I am wondering if teaching epistemology to MBAs would aid in developing
intuitve reasoning? I think whenever they use "paradigm-shift" that they
are trivializing the concept because they most often link it to a change
in behavior not a change the way of thinking or the adoption of a
radically different world-view.
