This has been my experience as I've worked with people in several fields -
especially when you ask them "What's excellence in your job?" and "What
skills would a person have to have if some one were to hire your
co-worker?" Also, you change the focus from "self-defense to self
evaluation" (title of an article in 1/96 Critical Linkages II Newsletter.
