I will look back through my books for a particular reference on life
cycles of an organization. Meanwhile you should be able to refer to
college text books on organizational development or business
development.
I have found that my greatest barriers have been the terms used in
describing something. We tend to refer to things based on our
perspectives, our upbringing, our education, our experience, etc.
We MUST accept the things we are not familiar with until we can refute
them. We MUST listen to others and accept opinions and perspectives
different than ours.
Our limitations are limited to US.
Over the Christmas Holiday my grand daughter helped me relearn that in
the beginning we had no fear. At 13 months, she tries things I would
not try - why? I have fears a 13 months old never knew. Our fears
keep us from enjoying life and growth.
