You commented that one should go back and study the "life cycle" of
organizations. Do you have a particular reference you consider to be very
good for this?
And, I most certainly agree with you that the learning organization has
always been a part of every organization. The difficulty most of them seem
to have is they generally don't have the foggiest notion of what they are
learning or what they should be learning....
