Hello, Ivan. Thank you for your response to my concern about the Florida
businessmen who want high school graduates with very mature creation
skills.

You wrote,

"However, there a few businesses here which are much more globally
competitive and uinderstand how important it is for them to apply (use?)
their companies' intellectual capacity to the max. Those are the ones
looking for that kind of H.S. graduates!"

I would be very interested to know something about the companies you refer
to. Who are they? What business results are they achieving and over what
time period have they been successful? How many employees do they have? Do
they have leadership that has a model for applying their companies'
intellectual capacity and consciously nurtures that model into existence?
How did these leaders develop this capability? How do employees,
customers, suppliers, community citizens describe their interactions with
these companies? What can we learn from these companies?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Happy New Year.

Later.
