Willard Jule questions whether the excutives in South Florida possess and
use the skills list expected from High School kids. I am not sure what
the answer is. I have down here for less than three years, and I kow of a
few executives that still function on the basis of the tradtional
paradigms; employees get pay to work and not to think. However, there a
few businesses here which are much more globally competitive and
uinderstand how important it is for them to apply (use?) their companies'
intellectual capacity to the max. Those are the ones looking for that
kind of H.S. graduates!
