togather (rather than games which teams play to become teams)
should facilitiate this

does this process include any membership/control/goals type of
discussions as part of the process for looking at the work?? I
would love to hear more (I suppose you will say buy the book - is
it anything like the Dannemiller Tyson guide for consultants
originally called Interactive Strategic Management??)
