Great discussion by Dengjian Jin. Thanks! This made me think more about
the area of mobility of employees in this part of the wolrd. This
mobility allows those who "really know how to learn" to accumulate
expertise that they then sell it back (free enterprising) back to their
own companies. It is my belief that way too many managers here in the US
do not take the time to learn what they need to learn. They also love to
find quick fixes, or anything that promises short term results. So,
conditions are right for outside consultants! As you said, these
conditions may not be the same in other parts of the world!
