That's a good question: how do we bring in to the thread those from
cultures other than the ones who regularly contribute.

If there are certain common denominators among all people, then is there a
way to create on a more basic level a story which has an Everyman and
Everywoman? While the details might not be as interesting for some
readers i.e. the context of action may seem sparse and bare in an effort
to look at deeper human actions, the attempt may prove fascinating, and
elicit contributions.

As to what we would learn, let's wait and see. Let's imagine a
chessboard, or Go board, (the full and the empty to begin with) and see
what happens.
