The translation line 5 of the Tao Te Ching excerpt within context of lines 3
and four brings to mind the following for me:
When one reaches the state where "nothing is done", where "inaction is
achieved", then there is nothing more that must be done. Human life energy
is then in "tune" or within the same resonating octaves as the energies which
course through existence.

Rumi wrote:

You have said what you are.
I am what I am.
Your actions in my head,
my head in my hands
with something circling inside.
I have no name
for what circles
so perfectly.
