Back Journal Index	Slocum I never knew there was a Slocum, RI. It's seriously scenic with woodlands, fields, ponds, cows... dirt roads... The WPA guide (Rhode Island, A Guide to the Smallest State, Federal Writer's Project 1937) mentions a Slocumb Pond and a mill but nothing about a town...
