Ed began by setting up the instrument layout on the computer
(he loves this stuff).

Ed tried a few methods of starting the holes for the round
instruments. He began with a 1" hole cutter.

Ultimately, he found drilling holes around the perimeter
easiest.

|
|
|
Lastly, use the dremel tool to smoothe the surfaces.
|
|
|
Then test the circle with an instrument to see if it need
additional trimming.
|
|
|
For the multifunction "Square" hole, use the dremel cutter.
