War situation

Nationalist China controls all hexes in China not controlled by Japan or by Communist China.

Note that all Chinese naval and aircraft units (even the Soviet lend-leasable TB-3) are Nationalist Chinese. All PART units which appear anywhere in China are Communist. Any attacks on these PART units gives Communist China (but not Nationalist China) a production multiple increase.
