Qualitative Reports on Individuals LO12963

I am looking for new ways of obtaining Qualitative Reports on Individuals
working in the organisation. The purpose of obtaining such reports is to
help the top management take just and fair decisions about placement,
reward, counselling, job enrichment etc of indivuals. In any organisation
in any part of the world the fact remains that the issues relating to
people would remain more or less same and when it comes to rewarding
people for their good contributions the subjectivity plays a significant
role. To make this subjectivity a positive element in the whole process
of rewarding individuals we (in NDDB) would like to a Qualitative Report
on each individual in the organisation. I seek the help of those
interested in preparing such reports or those who have already prepared
such reports, by way of suggestions as to what a Qualitative Report should
contain in order to help the top management take just and fair decisions
about people.
