-- To minimize the time and energy wasted trying to understand obscure
pithy sayings, and to reduce the risk of flashes of insight (see Rule 3),
all signature quotes must cite a page number in Bartlett's Familiar
Quotations.
-- All references to Star Trek, Dr. Who, X-Files, etc. shall be screened
by a TV sci-fi review board, made up of people who can't get enough of
that stuff.
-- Rick will no longer insert a Host's Note explaining that a post is a
joke. Anyone who doesn't get the joke shall start a new thread on cultural
diversity.
