Shannon, and all,

The Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), part of The
University of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, has a magnificent web page on
career development issues. I have not explored much of it, but a
colleague whose business is to put in place the career development program
for a major bank, tells me that is just a fine source of anything you
might need in this area.
